What You'll Do:
Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers
through proactive communication and exceptional service,
understanding their needs and recommending appropriate building
materials solutions.Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding
of our product offerings and stay up-to-date on industry trends,
enabling you to provide expert guidance and advice to
customers.Order Management: Process orders accurately and
efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and customer
satisfaction.Problem Solving: Address customer inquiries and
resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally,
ensuring a positive experience at every touchpoint.
Who You Are:
Sales Oriented: You have a passion for sales and a proven track
record of success in a customer-facing role, with experience in
building materials sales preferred.Excellent Communication: You
have strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and can
effectively communicate technical information to customers of
