The Echo Trailblazers internship gives you the confidence,
community, and communication skills needed to forge a new path. As
a member of the Echo Global Logistics team, you'll work on
real-world projects, learn from logistics legends, and work toward
a common goal: simplifying transportation for our clients and
carriers.You will be on the road to success as an Echo
Trailblazer!Spend your summer learning all the ins and outs of a
sales team! After your training, you will be partnered with a
mentor within our Sales team. You will spend the summer learning
both the logistics industry and the full process of becoming a rock
star sales rep!We foster a passionate, driven sales force in the
3PL space, the fastest growing segment within transportation. Our
reps stop at nothing to close business, offer solutions and solve
problems for our clients' diverse shipping needs.What We're Looking

- Build, maintain and manage account relationships
- Profile and analyze accounts to overcome any objections and
generate quality opportunities
- Present the value of Echo's services to prospective and
existing clients
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure world class
customer service on every shipment
- Work in conjunction with teammates to prioritize and service
customers in a timely fashion
- Monitor progress of shipments to ensure coverage, on-time
performance and the resolution of any mid-transit issuesWhat's in

- Must be able to start June 2, 2025 and complete the entire 10
week program
- Currently enrolled at a university as a rising senior, with at
least one semester remaining after completion of internship
- Able to work in our Chicago office 3 days and hybrid 2 days a
week
