The Broker II will support clients and colleagues in making better decisions through promoting and ensuring connectivity, collaboration and cooperation within local office practices and functions and fostering the sharing of knowledge, best practices and resources around multinational accounts.Skills and experience that will lead to successMinimum 5+ years of experience providing counsel to multinational clients including coordination of service for outward business, leading the brokerage process for multinational casualty insurance programs, and/or leading collaboration across offices and/or geographies to support multinational risk management/finance practices on behalf of insureds, brokers, and/or insurers.

• Successfully managing and leading the brokerage process on a book of multinational casualty business.
• Direct communication with clients during for pre-renewal and renewal discussions.
• Acting as the main point of contact to respond to client inquiries including contract reviews and coverage questions.
• Exceptional knowledge of multinational risk financing/insurance programs and supporting counsel and service with a focus on international casualty programs
• Strong collaboration and communication skills

• Strong Microsoft Suite skills
• Exceptional presentation skills

The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.The salary range reflected is based on a primary work location of Chicago, IL. The actual salary may vary for applicants in a different geographic location.This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon's annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary.
