Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Supply Chain Manager
to oversee and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations. The
successful candidate will be responsible for managing the planning,
procurement, logistics, and inventory management processes. The
Supply Chain Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams
to ensure an efficient and streamlined supply chain that meets the
demands of the business and delivers exceptional customer
satisfaction.What You'll Focus On:
- Purchasing-15%
- Collaborate with different departments to understand their
requirements for goods and services.
- Negotiate terms and conditions, including price, delivery, and
payment terms.
- Request for Quotations (RFQ) and Proposals (RFP)
- Generate purchase orders based on approved requisitions and
supplier agreements.
- Monitor and track the status of open purchase orders to ensure
on-time delivery
- Warehouse/Inventory Management-40%
- Implement inventory control policies and procedures to optimize
stock levels.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and ensure accuracy in stock
records.
- Collaborate with Ops and sales teams to manage stockouts and
excess inventory efficiently.
- Manage warehouse daily operations, ensure productivity and
adhere to the safety protocols, industry standard and
regulations.
- Track and analyze warehouse metrics i.e. Inventory accuracy,
order fill rates, on-time delivery to improve the performance.
- Logistics Management-20%
- Optimize transportation, distribution, and logistics processes
to minimize lead times and reduce costs.
- Coordinate with third-party logistics partners, technicians and
management to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of
equipment and parts to job sites.
- Foster strong relationships with key suppliers and negotiate
favorable terms.
- Evaluate supplier performance and address any issues or
discrepancies.
- Collaborate with suppliers to implement sustainable and ethical
practices in the supply chain.
- Planning-15%
- Collaborate with sales, City ops, and finance teams to forecast
demand and plan inventory levels accordingly.What You Bring:
- Experience in warehouse management with a strong focus on
attention to detail and organization.
- Proficiency in using inventory management software
- Leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to
motivate staff toward achieving goals.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a
proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of
effectively collaborating with internal teams and external
stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects in
a fast-paced environment.
- Experience operating warehouse equipment is preferred.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices related to
warehousing operations.
- Ability to perform physical labor in various weather
conditions
- Ability to regularly sit, stand, walk, bend, and lift for
prolonged periods of time
- Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds
- A bachelor degree in business administration or supply chain
management related is preferred
- Must have and maintain a valid driver's license What We Offer:
