Job Description:
A company is looking for a PIP Claims Adjuster I to manage
first-party PIP and Medical Payments claims related to personal
auto losses.
Key Responsibilities
Adjusts personal lines auto claims while adhering to company
guidelines and state practices
Determines compensability and processes payments for PIP and
Medical Payments claims
Communicates with injured parties and attorneys regarding coverage
and payment status
Required Qualifications and Education
Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience handling PIP and Medical Payments claims in a
multi-state environment is a plus
Must be licensed and bondable, with the ability to become licensed
in all states
Familiarity with public company requirements, including Sarbanes
Oxley and key regulations, if applicable
Proficient in computer applications, including MS Office
products
