Job Description:
A company is looking for a Loan Officer responsible for managing
borrower relations and loan origination processes.
Key Responsibilities
Collect and process loan applications and supporting documentation
from borrowers
Analyze credit reports and financial scenarios to determine
appropriate loan products
Coordinate and submit complete loan packages to processing while
resolving any issues throughout the production and underwriting
process
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
At least two years of experience in mortgage lending or a related
field
Active NMLS License
Proficiency with data entry, PDF software programs, Microsoft Word,
and Excel
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with a strong sense
of urgency
