Job Description:
A company is looking for a Research Associate - AI (Eastern
Standard Time).
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate in a fast-paced environment on client projects to train
generative AI models
Generate prompts and responses, fine-tune AI training prompts, and
assist in data collection
Provide feedback on tools and processes, and engage in team
training and documentation efforts
Required Qualifications
Preferred prior work experience or college studies in AI
Process-oriented with a focus on problem-solving and efficiency
Ability to learn and document new technologies and processes
Experience in system troubleshooting and finding resolutions
Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time
effectively
