Job Description:
A company is looking for an Insurance Representative responsible
for handling inbound calls related to property/casualty insurance
personal lines products.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to inquiries regarding product availability, billing
options, and policy status efficiently
Handle incoming calls and emails from customers and agents,
performing outbound calls as needed
Provide accurate policy information and embrace cross-training on
personal line products
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Previous customer service or related work experience
Property and Casualty Agent's License strongly preferred
Basic knowledge of property/casualty insurance products and state
regulations
