A company is looking for a Head of Early Research and
Development.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement the research strategy for early-stage drug
discovery and development
Lead and mentor a team of scientists and researchers while managing
multiple research projects
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and prepare
documentation for regulatory submissions
Required Qualifications
PhD in a relevant scientific field
Extensive experience in drug discovery and development
Proven leadership and team management skills
Strong background in project management
Experience in collaborating with external partners and
stakeholders
