Job Description:
Work Schedule : Shifts are based on the department's operational
needs and will be discussed during the phone interview.Pay
:External hires may be eligible for up to a $3000 sign on bonus
(pro-rated based on FTE).NA Positions include a weekend and

Nursing Assistant (CNA, NA) to:Assist with activities of daily
living, patient transport, intentional rounding, stocking, and
ordering equipment.Be knowledgeable and assist with room/equipment
preparation prior to surgeries.Coordinate preventative equipment
maintenance in accordance with safety standards.Help maintain high
patient care standards in a surgical services setting.Interact and
engage with visitors, patients, and their family members to
establish a trusting relationship to provide high quality care.At

Experience1 year of recent experience as a Nursing Assistant
PreferredLicenses and CertificationsListed on the State of
Wisconsin Nurse Assistant/Home Health Aid Registry Upon Hire
RequiredBLS/CPR certification within 3 months RequiredOur
