Job Description:
A company is looking for a Surrogacy Match Expert to guide and
match clients with surrogates.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct consultations with intended parents
Research and select suitable surrogates for matches
Facilitate match presentations and maintain communication with
clients and surrogates
Required Qualifications and Education
Experience in the fertility industry, such as a fertility nurse or
third-party coordinator
Bachelor's Degree, preferably in social work, psychology, teaching,
or business management
3+ years of experience in customer service or relationship
management
Master's degree or licensing in a specialty field is a plus
A passion for working with growing organizations
