Job Description:
A company is looking for an Account Supervisor to lead and
manage multiple client accounts while driving strategy and
execution.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships as the
primary contact for key accounts
Lead strategic planning and project execution across various
service areas including branding and marketing
Oversee account managers and coordinators, providing guidance and
mentorship while monitoring project timelines and budgets
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications,
business management, or related field
4-6 years of experience in account management, focusing on
branding, marketing, and design
Proven ability to lead and mentor account teams
Strong organizational and project management skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
