Job Description:

A company is looking for a Lender Services Specialist to provide support for closing teams in real estate transactions.

Key Responsibilities

Provide customer service and fee support for closing teams, including entering and balancing lender figures
Review purchase agreements to enter transaction-specific fee information into the database
Field lender inquiries and requests, responding in a timely manner and documenting submissions in the transaction file

Required Qualifications

Knowledge of transaction fee structures
Experience in closing processes
Strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently
Strong typing and computer skills
