Apply today and become an essential part of our client's team!Traffic Controler Lead Key Responsibilities:Oversee lane closures, detours, and traffic switches per industry standards.Set up, program, and monitor message boards for public information.Manage installation of post-mounted signs and supervise equipment handling.Conduct site inspections to ensure safety compliance and proper setups.Train and supervise traffic control personnel for efficient operations.Serve as the main contact for clients and local authorities regarding traffic control matters.Schedule:Start at 8 am, must be flexible to work evenings, overnight, and weekends.Pay: $25.00/hourTraffic Controler Lead Qualifications:Valid Class "D" (WI) or "C" (IL) Driver's License with an acceptable driving record.DOT Medical Certificate or ability to acquire before starting.Prior experience in traffic control or leadership roles preferred.Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.Strong self-motivation with a high sense of urgency.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Location: Whitewater, Wisconsin/ Open to travelling Ready to Join Us?
