A company is looking for a VP, Corporate and Compliance
Counsel.
Key Responsibilities
Provide legal support on corporate finance and governance
matters
Draft, review, and negotiate finance and governance documents
Advise on compliance with corporate and global regulatory
matters
Required Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Membership with good standing in at least one U.S. State Bar
15+ years of in-house legal practice experience
Expertise in corporate finance and governance
Global compliance legal experience
