Key Responsibilities:
Manage contract administration, including tracking and reporting

Redline and edit contract language, and assist with legal reviews
and negotiations
Develop standard agreement templates and support vendor governance
processes
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) is required
3-4 years of experience in contract development and management
Proven ability to interpret complex legal language
Sourcing experience is a plus
Commitment to superior quality and accuracy
