Job Description:
A company is looking for a Payroll Supervisor responsible for
overseeing end-to-end payroll processes and leading a payroll
team.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and mentor the payroll team, ensuring accuracy and
efficiency in payroll processing
Manage payroll preparation, documentation, and processing while
ensuring compliance with regulations
Analyze payroll data, resolve discrepancies, and collaborate with
Accounting for seamless operations
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5+ years of multi-state payroll experience, preferably
in a supervisory role
Advanced proficiency in payroll software (e.g., ADP, Trinet),
Excel, Google products, and HRIS systems
Comprehensive understanding of US federal and state payroll
regulations
Experience leading a payroll team is preferred
Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding payroll and employee
data
