Job Description:

We're searching for a retail associate with weekday and weekend availability to join our retail store, serving our amazing customers. The ideal candidate has previous experience as a server in a restaurant, skilled in customer service and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.Key requirements:

Comprehensive understanding of store products
Advanced customer service skills
Basic math skills
Ability to use a cash register
Strong level of professionalism at work
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Patient when dealing with difficult customers
Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skillsResponsibilities:
- Greet customers with warmth
- Provide accurate product information
- Answer customers' questions about specific products/services
- Ensure displays are fully stocked
- Clean assigned areas of the store
- Inform customers about discounts and special offers
- Provide feedback to management
- Stay up-to-date with new products/services
