  • Job Summary: RN Medical/Surgical position at Ascension Health in Mequon, Wisconsin.
  • Telemetry background required; at least 1.5 years of med/surg experience, EPIC.
  • Must adhere to grooming standards: no artificial/acrylic nails and nails must be short (
  • May need to float onsite within skill set or to sites within 40 miles if needed.

      • Schedule Information
      • EOW (Every Other Weekend), EOH (Every Other Holiday) shifts.
        • Unit Specific Information
        • Must complete Ascension Color Vision prior to start and updated every 3 years.
        • Ascension Core Competencies must be completed within a year of start and updated yearly.
          • Additional Details
          • Must be AHA certified for BLS.
          • Nursys verification within 30 days prior to start.
          • Current license and primary source verification within 30 days prior to start of assignment.
