Job Description:

Medical ProviderProvide comprehensive primary care services for Access patients in a collaborative effort with all care team members.
Required Qualifications:

• Licensed Medical Doctor OR Licensed Wisconsin Doctor of Osteopathic
• Board certified (or board eligible) in Family Practice with or without Obstetrics OR board certified (or board eligible) in Pediatrics
• Insurable for liability coverage as a physician
• Evidence of continuing education, as required
• Experience with supervising, motivating, and directing medical staff
• Pediatrics: Completion of Pediatrics residency Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with mid-level providers
  • Experience working with diverse patient population or working within a community health center
