Job Description:
A company is looking for a Healthcare Attorney - Temp to assist
their team.
Key Responsibilities
Provide healthcare regulatory counsel, including physician
contracting and HIPAA compliance
Interpret and apply medical staff bylaws, including credentialing
and regulatory compliance
Conduct fair hearings and manage adverse actions against medical
staff
Required Qualifications
Active license and good standing in California, Washington, or
Oregon
3+ years of experience as a healthcare attorney
Experience in healthcare regulatory work and vendor/supply chain
contracting
Knowledge of California regulatory issues, particularly related to
the corporate practice of medicine
In-house experience within hospital medical staff offices is a
plus
