Job Description:
Work Schedule:
100% FTE working Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 am
and 5:00 pm. Shifts will be split between the East Park Medical
Center and the Johnson Creek Carbone Cancer Center or other
community-based UW Health outreach clinics plus one week per month
at Unity Point Health-Meriter Hospital for inpatient consults.

our ambulatory and inpatient care teams by providing high-quality,
cost-effective care to patients.
We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
to:
Education:
If Nurse Practitioner: Master's or Doctorate's degree from
accredited Nursing Program.
If Physician Assistant: Bachelor's or Master's degree from
accredited PA Program.
Work Experience:
Minimum - 1-3 years caring for hematology/medical oncology
patients.
Preferred - Experience with acute and ambulatory cancer patient
care.
Licenses and Certifications:
Minimum - State of Wisconsin NP or PA licensure

many specialties, including women's complex care, adult cancer
care, advanced imaging and laboratory services and innovative
clinical trials. It will be located across from East Madison
Hospital on Eastpark Blvd. and is slated to open in fall 2024.
