Client Services Manager

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Client Services Manager to support and consult with clients on their interactive business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer support and manage client content
Maintain and update client websites with relevant information
Develop training materials and stay updated on software changes

Required Qualifications

2-3 years of experience in interactive marketing or related fields
Proficient in HTML and Photoshop, with knowledge of JavaScript and CSS preferred
Strong understanding of content management systems and web development best practices
Familiarity with Google and Microsoft Office applications
Knowledge of the Country Club Industry is a plus but not mandatory
