We have a direct presence in 21 countries, with manufacturing facilities in the US, Germany and China, and international sales and technical offices around the world.JOB SUMMARYThis position is responsible for driving growth through product management of the deployment of strategies and development for healthy snacking. This role will be a key link between technology partners, commercial organization, R&D and customers. The Senior PSM will lead and liaise with cross-functional teams internally and externally to effectively manage and deliver on initiatives and strategies.Your role as Senior Product Strategic Manager:

• Responsible for the innovation strategy and pipeline of new product in Healthy Snacking - from overall strategy to execution of specific NPD projects.
• Responsible for developing business cases and clear financial return expectations for various business initiatives.
• Collaborates with the Insights team and other sources to build deep market knowledge of the business from a customer, consumer, and competitive standpoint in order to fully define the new target markets and opportunities.
• Works with other departments to facilitate delivery of innovation, customer collaboration and operational improvement projects.
• Maintains relationships with key customers and participates in joint customer calls with sales as the product expert, with a focus on building demand for innovation related products with our customers.
• Be a member and leader of cross functional teams where necessary.
• Act as liaison for internal customers (sales, finance, customer service, and purchasing, marketing, operations) for day-to-day product related strategies.
• Vets new global market opportunities (technologies, expansions, partnerships, etc.) identified by the core team and provides recommendations.Education and Skills you bring:
• Bachelor's Degree (Preferred Masters or MBA), preferably in a scientific background (Food Science, Nutrition Science).
• 5-10 yrs. related experience within the food and/or ingredients space.
• Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in written form with co-workers, top management, internal and external customers including excellent writing and presentation skills.
• Effective collaborator able to work in project teams and across changing structures within a high-growth business.
