Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Director, Data Systems and
Analytics for the Post-Release Legal Services for Unaccompanied
Children program.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain an integrated data management and cloud system
architecture for the PRLS program
Oversee data operations, user support, and ensure compliance with
data security requirements
Supervise and mentor staff while fostering a culture of best
practices in data management and project execution
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Advanced degree plus 9-12 years of relevant experience, or
equivalent applicable work/life experience
Experience with Project and Program Management methodologies,
including Agile
Experience supervising and mentoring data professionals
Familiarity with Git/GitHub for project management and code
development
Experience working on government contracts and adhering to strict
security compliance requirements
