Job Description:

A company is looking for a Director of Business Applications to lead the Business Applications team and drive the implementation and optimization of critical business systems.



Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute the strategy for the business applications portfolio aligned with organizational goals
Oversee the full lifecycle of business applications, ensuring they meet security, compliance, and performance standards
Manage and mentor the Business Applications team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation



Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred
10+ years of experience in IT or Operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing business applications
Strong knowledge of enterprise applications such as Salesforce.com, NetSuite, and other cloud-based SaaS solutions
Proven ability to deliver complex projects on time and within budget
Solid understanding of data security, governance, and compliance
