Job Description:

A company is looking for a Key Account Manager to drive digital revenue growth through client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a portfolio of strategic clients and foster upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Analyze digital performance and proactively identify growth opportunities
Ensure exceptional customer experiences to drive account renewals and satisfaction

Required Qualifications:

Background in digital marketing, account management, or sales
Preferred certifications in Google/Meta advertising and Google Analytics
Strong sales skills to drive successful client interactions
Ability to adapt quickly to changing customer and market demands
Proficiency in using systems like Zendesk and HubSpot for customer support
