Job Description:
A company is looking for a Budget & Finance Director for
Destination & Surgical Service Lines.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, implement, and evaluate business and financial operations for
service line teams
Collaborate with leadership to develop strategic planning and
continuous quality improvement initiatives
Provide leadership and mentorship to practice advisors and managers
across divisions
Required Qualifications
MBA, MHA, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum of five years of experience in health care finance and
business systems
Demonstrated experience leading teams and process improvements
Expert ability to develop data tools and conduct analysis for
decision-making
Experience with statistical analysis and modeling for business plan
development
