Job Description:
A company is looking for a Vice President of People to shape and
execute their people strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Manage HR, Talent Acquisition, and Culture initiatives
Collaborate with leadership to align staffing, recruiting, and
retention strategies with organizational goals
Ensure compliance with employment laws and oversee HR programs
including onboarding, compensation, and performance management
Required Qualifications
At least 10 years of progressive human resource management
experience, including 5 years in a senior leadership role
SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification is highly preferred
Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent work
experience
