Job Description:
A company is looking for an Engineering Manager for their
embedded software team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and grow a high-performing team developing embedded
applications and network configurations
Collaborate with global teams throughout the Product Development
Life-Cycle to launch new features and products
Set technical standards through architecture, design, and code
reviews while improving software engineering processes
Required Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience leading teams with empathy and a
mentorship mindset
Minimum 10 years of experience in real-world embedded engineering
projects
Experience implementing engineering processes focusing on quality,
security, and maintainability
5+ years of professional software development experience in C/C++,
Go, Python, or similar languages
5+ years of experience writing unit, integration, and/or
system-level tests
