Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Engineering Excellence to
lead a remote team focused on modernizing software development
practices and improving engineering efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Mentor and manage a remote team, fostering a culture of innovation
and technical excellence
Develop and enforce software engineering standards to enhance code
quality and streamline processes
Oversee the implementation of DevSecOps practices and CI/CD
pipelines to improve software product scalability and quality
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information
Technology, or a related field
Demonstrated experience in managing cross-functional teams and
projects
Proven track record of leading large-scale software engineering
projects
Expertise in DevSecOps practices and CI/CD pipeline management
Strong background in automation and cloud-based software
development environments
