Position Overview:

As a senior marketing analyst you will play a crucial role in supporting the strategic decision-making and processes for TAG's marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for conducting in-depth analyses of our marketing spend , developing tailored marketing approaches for our local offices , and generating actionable insights to drive business growth. Your ability to analyze data, identify trends, and communicate effectively will be essential in this role.



Responsibilities:

• Location-Specific Analysis: Provide ad hoc analytical support to individual locations, helping them understand their unique market dynamics, customer demographics, and marketing performance.
  
  
  
  • Market Research and Analysis : Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for growth. Analyze market data to inform marketing strategies
    
    
    
    • Financial Tracking : Develop and maintain financial models to track marketing spend, forecast ROI, and support budget allocation decisions. Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure alignment between financial plans and marketing strategies.
      
      
      
      • Reporting and Communication : Prepare clear and concise reports and presentations to communicate marketing performance, financial results, and key insights to marketing leadership and stakeholders.
        
        
        
        • Process Improvement : Identify opportunities to streamline and improve marketing planning and analysis processes, leveraging technology and best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
          
          
          
          • Market Research and Analysis : Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for growth. Analyze market data to inform marketing strategies
            
            
            
            • Competitive Analysis: Monitor and analyze competitor marketing activities, identifying best practices and potential threats.
              
              
              
              • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between marketing strategies and overall business objectives .
                
                
                Minimum Education and Experience
                
                
                • Bachelor's degree in marketing, finance, economics, or a related field; MBA or a related Master's degree is a plus.
                  
                  
                  
                  • 2+ years of experience in marketing analytics, financial planning and analysis, or a similar role.
                    
                    
                    
                    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful conclusions.
                      
                      
                      
                      • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, with advanced Excel skills and experience with marketing analytics platforms.
                        
                        
                        
                        • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with cross-functional teams and marketing leadership.
