Job Description:
A company is looking for a Collections Supervisor to lead their
collections team handling the Communication/Ascendon customer
base.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the collections team and ensure
compliance with company policies and legal regulations
Develop and implement strategies to improve collection rates and
reduce delinquency
Train and mentor collection agents while handling escalated
collection cases and negotiating payment plans
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education
7-10 years of collection experience
Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience
Strong knowledge of debt collection laws and regulations
Experience with multiple ERP systems
